I am a medium sized female.
For breakfast I had frosted mini wheats with skim milk, 1 banana and whole wheat toast.
For mid morning snack I had a Myoplex Lite Bar. I worked out 45 minutes later.
For lunch I had 2 egg whites, a yogurt, a salad with non fat dressing.
for my afternoon snack I had a bowl of fruit.
For dinner I had grilled talapi sprayed with canola oil, a plain baked potatoe and an unsweet tea. Is this an acceptable daily diet?
